Exchange & Buyback Terms
- The piece must be accompanied by the original GIA/IGI laboratory certificate and invoice.
- The gemstone must be free from external damage, chipping, or fracturing incurred after delivery. Stone verification is completed by our gemology laboratory within 48 hours.
- For upgrade exchanges, the new item selected should generally be of equal or greater value than the credit granted.
