The Spark That Began It All

The story of Jyoti Diamond began over four decades ago with a singular, unwavering obsession: the magic of light refracted through crystal. In the bustling trading alleys of Surat, where 90% of the world's rough diamonds find their final polish, our founders apprenticed under master stonecutters whose families had perfected facet symmetry across five generations.

Recognizing that mass-market jewellery houses routinely compromised on facet precision and symmetry to maximize raw yield, Jyoti Diamond was established on a radical standard: we would never sacrifice optical brilliance for weight. Every diamond bearing our hallmark is cut with mathematical idealism to return the maximum possible white brilliance, colored fire, and scintillation.

A Journey Through Decades of Mastery

1982 — The Surat Foundation

Inauguration of our first diamond polishing atelier, specializing exclusively in Triple-Excellent round brilliant and emerald cuts.

1998 — Antwerp & Mumbai Expansion

Established direct rough procurement partnerships at the Antwerp Diamond Bourse and our High Jewellery design salon at the Bharat Diamond Bourse, Mumbai.

2012 — The Ethical Kimberley Commitment

Pioneered 100% blockchain-tracked provenance for natural diamonds and introduced ultra-pure CVD lab-grown diamonds grown using 100% solar renewable energy.

Today — Global Maison Across 200+ Countries

A digitally native luxury house delivering bespoke engagement rings, solitaire pendants, and rare investment gems with insured white-glove courier shipping worldwide.

The Art of the Atelier

True luxury cannot be manufactured by an assembly line. Behind every finished Jyoti Diamond solitaire ring or cascading tennis necklace are up to 140 hours of hand labor by master setters, polishers, and CAD engineers.

Our artisans work under high-powered stereoscopic microscopes, hand-shaping each platinum claw and micropavé seat to hold each gem securely while allowing the maximum unobstructed light to flood into the pavilion.

A Brighter Tomorrow: We believe fine jewellery should not only dazzle today, but safeguard the world our children inherit. 1% of all Jyoti Diamond profits are directly invested into artisan healthcare in mining districts and girl-child education initiatives.
