1. Introduction & Binding Agreement

Welcome to Jyoti Diamond (the "Platform", "Maison", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "User", "you") and Jyoti Diamond Gems & Fine Jewellery Maison Ltd., governing your access to and purchases from our online store, digital services, and private showroom consultations.

2. Diamond Grading Standards & Industry Tolerances

Every certified diamond offered by Jyoti Diamond is accompanied by a genuine grading dossier from internationally recognized institutions: the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the International Gemological Institute (IGI).

• Carat Weight: Stated carat weights for loose diamonds are certified to within 0.001 carat precision. For multi-stone pieces, total carat weight (TCW) adheres strictly to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) weight tolerance brackets.
• Color & Clarity: Master grading reflects the consensus assessment of independent gemologists under standard laboratory daylight illumination (D65).
• Photographic Representation: High-resolution 360-degree photography and AR simulations are produced under professional studio illumination. Due to natural diamond fire, facet refraction, and monitor calibration, actual visual dispersion under sunlight or candle illumination may exhibit magnificent individuality.

3. Pricing, Invoicing & Quotation Validity

Precious metals (Gold, Platinum) and certified diamonds trade continuously on international exchanges. Jyoti Diamond updates pricing dynamically in accordance with global market benchmark rates. In the rare event of an inadvertent technical error resulting in an incorrect price display, Jyoti Diamond reserves the right to cancel the affected order prior to physical dispatch and issue an immediate 100% refund.

4. Orders, Payment & Gateway Security

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay using 256-bit SSL encryption. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and verified international wires. Jyoti Diamond does not store raw credit card numbers or banking passwords on our servers. An order is confirmed only upon successful gateway clearance and automated fraud risk assessment.

5. Shipping, Transfer of Title & Risk

Title and risk of loss pass to the client only upon physical delivery and validated adult signature at the destination address. All shipments remain under 100% full replacement value transit insurance during courier custody.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, jewelry design copyright, photography, brand hallmarks, CAD models, software algorithms, and textual content appearing on this Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Jyoti Diamond. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, reverse-engineering, or commercial duplication is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
