For security, privacy, and surprise gift presentations:

• External Outer Box: Durable, unmarked transit carton with no reference to "diamonds", "gold", or "jewellery". The sender is listed under our discreet logistical entity name.
• Tamper-Evident Security Tape: Sealed with specialized holographic security tape that leaves an indelible void mark if tampered with during transit.
• Inner Presentation: Opening the outer carton reveals our signature velvet Jyoti Diamond heirloom box, accompanying certificate dossier, optical cleaning cloth, and gemological passport.

Direct Adult Signature Required

To ensure personal delivery, couriers will never leave parcels unattended on doorsteps or porches. An adult (18 years or older) with valid government-issued photographic identification must provide a physical signature upon delivery. Couriers will make up to three delivery attempts before holding the package at a secure facility.

International Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to destinations outside India, applicable import duties, customs tariffs, and local VAT/GST are calculated and transparently handled during clearance. For select countries, we provide Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) options where all fees are fully inclusive at checkout.
