Return Conditions & Requirements
To qualify for a 100% full refund:
- The item must be in pristine, unworn, and unblemished condition without signs of wear, alteration, or third-party sizing.
- The original laboratory grading certificate (GIA or IGI dossier) must be returned intact. Because certificate replacement requires stone unsetting and re-submission to Geneva or New York laboratories, a ₹15,000 / $180 fee applies if a certificate is missing or lost.
- All original collateral items, including the presentation velvet box, appraisal report, and security tags, must be enclosed.
